Lyra [redux]

Dave says: Lyra is Milo's sister and we adopted them together from the Fife Cat Shelter here in Scotland. Lyra (named after the heroine in Phillip Pullman's His Dark Materials trilogy) is less adventurous than her brother and likes to look after her own smaller territory in our top-floor flat. But like Milo she is very affectionate and likes to be near us. Her favourite thing? Anything on a piece of string. My favourite thing? Coming up with new ideas for how we can best redesign our flat to incorporate the both of them.

OMG. Lyra was the impetus for my adoption of Snugglemuffin Benny. What more can I say? Dave's series of the two kitties, Milo and Lyra, and their flying antics were some of the most exciting photos on these pages. Outstanding work and outstanding subjects.
