vivian314 says: Fyodor arrived as a tiny kitten in a box. At age two he was diagnosed with asthma and we weren’t sure how long he would live. Much to our delight, we will be celebrating Fyodor’s 11th birthday in June, and aside from an occasional asthma attack, he is a healthy and lively cat. Fyodor loves to play, and his favorite toy is a wine cork tied to a string. He also enjoys sleeping on his fleece blanket and an occasional catnip treat.

he's adorable in spite of his asthma problem - many cats live a normal life with the right medication or diet - it's a matter for the owners to ensure they are treated. mine is 15 and 1/2 and he's got some minor urinary problems, but it's expected at his age - however we made sure he's now on the right dietary prescription and he's improving, enjoying his usual antics.

he's very cute and I am sure he will live long - keep up the good work. (three cuddles from us)

Oh those little pink pearl paw pads! Such an endearing kitty. I just learned last night that I will be treating my cat's cystitis twice a day for the rest of his life--although he fusses heartily when I give the meds to him, he also readily forgives me. And he is helped.
