Patches is a beautiful kitty, and I'm so glad you found a good home for him. (Especially since you allowed Mittens, the one you kept, to run around outside, and he was unfortunately killed by a car!)
@Snowysmom--I was going to say Karen should have kept Patches, who I think is a girl (calico), but you don't get a second chance on these things. Sorry about Mittens. I read somewhere that traffic and kids with guns are the main causes of cat fatalities--think about it.
Patches is so beautiful and elegant. I hope she is happy in her home. Sorry about Mittens - sometimes it is hard to keep them in, but with neutering and spaying they seem to want to roam less. We have to be strong and keep them in or only let them out on a leash with us.
@Darcy--You recently complained about people's glowing comments on various cats. I do love all cats and kittens, although it takes me some time to adjust to the naked Sphynxes. But my absolute favorite is Gonzo of Sept. 4, 2011. He has catitude large.
So precious! I also never let my kitties out. It's just not safe. Where I live, we have an overabundance of coyotes and fisher cats(wow, are those guys vicious!) so it's for the best. BTW, those whiskers! Can you get some brow gel!!!!! Just love them, they're gorgeous. I'm also sorry for Mittens'tragic end.
