Ginger [redux]

Karen says: At the same time that I rescued Misty Gray by buying her for $5 from a woman who was selling kittens at a county fair, I also bought Ginger. He was covered with white paint (which I had to cut off with tiny scissors) and like Misty he had really bad upper respiratory infection. After a vet bill and two weeks of TLC, he was much better. Ginger is now my mom's pet. He sits on her lap and sucks on her hand -- I think it's left over from his lost kittenhood. He looks like a wise old man kitty and he has such a sweet personality.

Dear dear Ginger. I remember Karen's story from before, and remember also my outrage at the person who sold the kitties. It upsets my stomach. But Ginger now has a happier life and that is the important thing. Thanks, Karen.

I have been wondering the same. How was this cat painted? I was sent pictures of cats painted for their owners, similar to what is being done to show dogs. That disgusts me.
