Pumpkin [redux]

Nancy says: Pumpkin was a birthday present to my daughter from a friend. Even as a tiny kitten she had a big personality. She is full of mischief but also very loving. She loves to hug you by wrapping her arms around your neck!

Yep, Pumpkin, "arms around the neck." I've got a boy love like that, Benny. Sometimes he hugs me so hard, my thyroid feels uncomfortable. And when he falls asleep on my chest he makes the loveliest musical trills. May we both have many years with these beloved ones.

We lost our orange Girl Cat a month ago to cancer. She was the center of our universe. Pumpkin made me smile and cry. She is a treasure. A golden find. Hope she lives a long healthy happy life.

I'm not sure about giving animals as presents unless the receiver chose the animal. But Pumpkin and her friend seem all right together and darling Pumpkin seems to have stolen Nancy's daughter's heart.
