Nik, Braxi & Jenna

4kittykids says: Nik, Braxi, and Jenna were born to an abondoned cat that appeared on my deck. She was just a kitten herself, and very sick. I took in the Mom and then raised the kittens. I kept Nik, who is quite a character. My sister was able to take the other two. All bonded with my two Torties, Misty and Misha, and to this day Nik sucks on Misty's shoulder and curls up with both of them. All four of my kitties want to wish everyone a happy new year!

Did some math. There were two original torties and Nik--that's three. But she has four, probably that means the Mama was also kept. Really a good job, 4kittykids! You make me happy.

Hi all, thank you for the sweet comments. The sad truth is that the momma was very sick and didn't make it. The 4th kitty is an older Siamese that was also abandoned Unfortunately, he and Nik don't get along, but he is well taken care of.

I'm very sorry about Mama kitty. I don't know if any of you have ever read James Herriot's "The Christmas Day Kitten". If so, you will realize that these kittens are given to you as a gift.
