Betsy says: From the start, it was clear that Christopher was the "leader of the pack" so to speak. He was always the first out of the crate in the morning and had no fear of exploring new territory. He was also extremely intelligent and quite funny, and he had a habit of climbing up on my husband's tummy for a leisurely after-supper nap. We were thrilled when Christopher and Ebony were adopted together last September. However, they were both apparently quite traumatized by the adopting family's young children and the family returned them to us in March. Christopher's story has a happy ending though. He was adopted for the second time two weeks ago.

One of the things I love about kittens is they play so hard and then just kind of fall asleep suddenly. This picture is a perfect example of that. I am glad that family brought those poor kittens back. If you don't teach your kids to be gentle with kittens all the noise and grabbing and running can be very stressful for kittens.
