Benny [3]

Michelle says: Benny was born to a cat who was "indoor only." Benny's mom's owner, thinking that her cat never went outside, said she "did not bother" to spend the money on getting her spayed; she felt it was expensive and uneccessary. However, when Benny's mom went into heat, she squeezed past her owner at the door to get outside and got pregnant! Her owner didn't realize anything was up until she gave birth. The owner's brother worked at a pet store and contacted our rescue to help them with their kitty situation. Our rescue agreed to help her rehome the kittens if she agreed to get the momma cat spayed so this wouldn't happen again. She agreed and also paid for the spay. Benny and his siblings all found wonderful homes and momma cat doesn't go into heat and try to bolt out... or contribute to an already out-of-control overpopulation situation. We fostered Benny at the same time as Cinderella and Mulan. That's Mulan in the photos with Benny.
