nikkolla1 says: Hugo is five months old now. We got him for my daughter's third birthday and he follows her everywhere. She has a big floor foam jigsaw and he sits on all the pieces as she's putting it together. Whatever she's doing he's there. We thought he'd escaped one night; we searched everywhere for him. We eventually found him lying sleeping next to her on the pillow. They are best friends.

I loved Hurley the most on "Lost." He was the voice of reason despite his history as a patient. This kitty just kills me with his sheer gorgeousness and lovely expressions. What a joy! May Hugo have a happy life with you and don't take him to any strange islands.

Reyes is a handsome long-haired cattie. A large cottonball. He has such a perky little face, kinda inquisitive. So glad that your daughter has Reyes as her special friend. Nice that she can be introduced to a pet at her young age and learn how to be gentle and tak care of him.

Sorry, I thought the cattie's name was Reyes.I still mean all the good things I said about Hugo, not Reyes. Hope that he is an indoor cattie., as I would hate for your daughter to lose him.

If I had been a mother cat Hugo Reyes would def have been one of my kittens - what a sturdy and gorgeous little boy. I too like to hide on plain sight. Drives my "parents" nuts.

I had a Maine Coon (Jackie Mouse). Please teach your daughter to brush him very often, even every day. When that fur gets matted, it is a time for tears and heartfelt meows on all sides. I had to call a groomer to the house and he came covered up in a kind of Hazmat suit. Terrifying! A gentle comb-through is also good, but if the mat is painful, it may need to be cut off. No beauty without pain.
