chaos_cat says: Trooper was a feral kitten that my sister rescued from her work. Troops was the runt of the litter and was found in a pipe in the trash area of the workyard. He was the only orange one out of a litter of fluffy tortoiseshells. We gave him to our dad for his birthday last year, as his old kitty died after living an amazing 19 years. Originally, he was meant to be my dad's outside companion kitty, but he managed to worm his way into the house and he's been there ever since. He is an attention fiend and loves to get into all sorts of mischief wherever he can. He loves being held, but still likes to bite your hand while you pet him. Trooper is such a sweetheart and the king of the cats.

He is adorable and I love the fact he was given to your dad after his loved cat died. I hope your dad and Trooper have at least 19 years together - your dad was obviously doing something right! Trooper is very cute!

Your Dad is a lucky guy to have such a precious little companion. Who could ask for more, right? I am glad that "Trooper" likes to stay indoors because it is so much safer inside.

As a former feral find, and a fluffy orange girl - I would happily love this kitteh (and I am not all that friendly) - he is amazingly cute. Flat approves as well. My brothers would love him in an instant!!!
