Betsy says: Our foster kittens
Miss Audrey Fuzzburn and
Miss Maddie Messybutt had three littermates, all grey-and-white tuxedos. One brother was named Pudgie Pyewacket. Pudgie's very round belly earned him his first name. His last name was borrowed from the magical cat of the same name in the movie
Bell, Book and Candle. Of the five kittens in the litter, Pudgie was the most playful from the start. He'd play with anything -- jingle balls, feathers on a stick, even dust bunnies! He had a way of looking directly at me with those beautiful gray/blue eyes of his, exhibiting both intelligence and affection at the same time. He enjoyed being cuddled and had a sweet personality to boot. What's not to love? :-) Pudgie was my favorite and the first to be adopted from this litter. A young man of about ten years old chose him from the group, carrying him around for a full hour on that first visit. When he went to bed later that same night, Pudgie curled up next to him on the pillow and they fell sound asleep together. I love happy endings, don't you?
