Michelle Tan says: We recently adopted two ragdoll kittens from Hug-a-Ragdoll Cattery in Vancouver, BC, for our daughter. They are half siblings with the same father but different mothers. Milo Sebastian is a blue bicolor ragdoll. He's on a raw meat diet, but he gets kibbles as treats and he also eats oat grass. He loves to be carried upside down, which is a typical ragdoll character. He meows for attention -- but not very often because he gets attention most of the time! He likes to carry his pink mouse toy around. He loves to watch the water trickle down the shower door and getting his paws wet. And when it's nap time, he loves to snuggle next to us. We're looking forward to many years with Milo and his sister, whom you'll meet tomorrow. ;-)

One of the absolutely most beautiful kitties I've ever seen. I'm familiar with their sweet personalities. They seem the perfect kitty to have. I enjoyed your write-up, too.

I have been tempted to get one of these, but then I see all the little orphan kitties who need a home and love and care, and my heart gets split, but usually goes with the ones who need a home. There are surely good things about either way to go--adopt a known, bred, perfect kitty, as opposed to an unknown, sometimes funny-looking little alley cat with no known background. I had one of those for 15 years, and it tore my heart out when he had to be put down this past year.

Yes he is a beautiful kitten. But I recently moved and now find myself feeding 7 feral cats and kittens and it breaks my heart. So far I have gotten one neutered but the rest are so terrified if I touch my door knob they are gone. Obviously I don't adopt pedigree cats.

@LindaG: My condolences. I am so very sorry for your lose. It is devastating to say goodbye to a beloved pet. I can honestly say, "I know how it feels." :(
