Melissa says: As I have had a habit of doing since my teenage years I adopted a pregnant stray cat last winter. She ended up having many complications during kitten birth and only three out of five of her kittens survived the birthing process. Porkchop is my orange baby. He lives with me, Twiggy (his much older sister cat), my wonderful boyfriend, and a vast array of other strays that I have taken care of over the last few years. Porkchop loves baths (and doesn't miss any of ours), chasing feathers, the laser, catnip, stealing food from people, taking money out of my purse, and my plant room. He's gone from being the runt of the litter to the king of the house. He'll let you hold him like a baby and carry him everywhere. He is the sweetest and goofiest cat I have ever lived with.

Oh,#Melissa, the life of Porkchop is delicious to watch. Thank you for saving him and giving him a loving home. His name is priceless, too.

I am smitten with this kitten! I think mama is very pretty also. Thank you for taking in pregnant strays and keeping her safe to have her kittens.
