Missy [6]

Ellie says: We already had one rescue kitty at home -- Kali, a one year old torti, but we felt the need to go to the local shelter just to check things out! We were on our way out, literally five feet from the front door, when this family came in with four tiny kittens in a clothes basket. One looked like she could be Kali's baby, so we couldn't resist taking her home with us. We determined she was only five weeks old when we scooped her up from that basket and named her Missy.

Missy has always been inquisitive and figures that everything WE touch is actually HERS! She is an indoor kitty, but spends a lot of time on our enclosed patio. Her proud moments are when she brings us a gecko and drops it at our feet, or when she surprises us by leaving one in our bed! She is a ham and loves to have her picture taken. She loves attention but really doesn't want to settle down enough to sit on your lap. If she does let you hold her, she is constantly looking around to see what she can get into next! What would life be without our little entertainer?
