Tango [6]

Antonia says: Tango belongs to my friends Verity and Roger, who adopted this little stray purrball from the Tompkins County SPCA, a fantastic shelter in Ithaca, New York. The majority of these pictures come from the weekend I was allowed to take care of him. He would strike at least 17 adorable poses within five minutes, most of them too fast for any camera to focus on. Kittens do everything at such high speed! Tango doesn't walk -- he bounces and leaps. He is an avid mouser and not afraid of snakes either. But when he's had enough of the outdoors, he'll come inside, roll on his back for a purr-filled belly rub, and within seconds will look as though he's been sleeping for hours. Verity and Roger hope that his newfound Daily Kitten celebrity will encourage Tango to enjoy a star's lie-in now and then rather than wake them up with face-licks every day at 5 am.
