Douglas is 7 or 8 months old, but only 5 teeny pounds. The vet's diagnosis is malnutrition when he was young. I adopted him from Carol's Ferals where I volunteer. He was found in the woods and brought to us! That's the only information I received. He was ear tipped before staff realized he was friendly and adoptable. His ear is healing slowly. His ears are very sensitive as they were likely frostbitten. He somehow survived the harsh winter, as he was likely born last September. Douglas has landed in the lap of luxury. He loves his toys, his food, fresh water, soft beds, and his new cat and people family. We don't know how much larger he will get, but he is 5 pounds of joy to have around. He will be uber spoiled forever!

This kitten is a fighter! Ferals born in September in a cold climate rarely make it thru the winter. I am so very happy for this sweet boy!

Douglas, the little woodland kitten, is now living the life of luxury. I am glad his ear healed.
