From the Street to the Barn [redux]

Stacey says: These are some kittens that my husband found on the road. He brought them home and we cared for them until my neighbor took them to be barn cats. Fortunately I get to cat-sit for them from time to time.

The prettiest cats are not the ones that are bred and re-bred for certain breed characteristics; no, the prettiest cats are the ones that just happen with no human intervention, like these three. They are beautiful, especially the gray. I love them all!

@JayPea, I agree with you. And these kitties are individually lovely. I picked the tortie for the glare in her eyes, but all are just a pleasure to see.

@Stacey, I enjoyed my stroll through your nature gallery on Flickr. I can't identify the birds, but you are so lucky to capture and name them. I also understand why you couldn't afford to keep the kitties--vet bills are a BIG challenge. And you are loyal to the cat you have.

These kittens are much too pretty to be barn cats! They should be living in a home somewhere, where they could be loved and kept safe. Even if you weren't able to keep them, couldn't you have found good homes for them?
