loliz says: We got Lily at the same time we got her brother Jack, when my mother-in-law's cat Lizzie had kittens. Lily used to be the cutest little kitten imaginable, with her little white heart on her chest. She was very shy at first, but soon did all the major steps -- like jumping onto the couch -- before Jack. She has a very big personality and is quite cheeky. She talks to us all of the time. She's very cuddly and loves to sleep on my lap when I'm studying. Every night she sleeps over my pillow and we usually wake up with her on our chests.

Very adorable kitty. You're all lucky to have each other! BUT please be very careful when you have those Stargazer Lilies as they're very toxic to cats.

You now have two perfectly adorable cats. Lily has chipmunk markings in this shot. The toxic flower business had me so confused, I haven't had a plant or flowers in my home for decades! Except for catnip.

I think Lily is a darling little girl! As this is her third trip on GMK< I will not warn you about the toxic plant as it would be way too late by now. I do hope nothing bad happened to your kitties due to the plants.

I have to weigh in with th3e others. Many lilies are so highly toxic to cats that just washing pollen from their paws can cause major organ failure. I work in veterinary medicine and I've seen this happen to beautiful, previously healthy cats. Easter, Stargazer and Asiatic lilies seem to be the most deadly.
