Isabella's Kittens: Zorro [3]

Jill says: Zorro was a great little boy. He liked to cuddle up on my shoulder when I was sitting on the couch. Zorro had a rough time when we were fostering him. He had pneumonia and pink eye. All the kittens were sick but unfortunately Zorro got hit the worst. I got up in the middle of the night one night to check on them and Zorro was wheezing so badly that I didn't think he'd make it through the night. I sat with him and cuddled him for a few minutes and tried to make him as comfortable as I could. Thankfully he pulled through (after three vet visits, twice daily antibiotics and eyedrops, and a steroid injection!) and I'm sure he is very happy in his new home.

Oh what a gorgeous boy Zorro is! Had I fostered these babies I honestly don't believe I could have given any of them up. What an incredible litter this was. What happened to Isabella? Such a beautiful mama kitty she is.

Poor sick baby with pink eye. He looks so sad in this photo. thank you Jill for your excellent care of Zorro. So happy that he recuperated and founjd a good home.

Jill, you saved his precious life! Many kitties start out this way, needing care and medical help. I know mine did and he is now 19 pounds of sassy.

Great picture of Zorro! Jill you did do a great job with them! Fostering is not all fun but it is so worth it and there are never enough foster parents so if you have the time, consider it. It is so rewarding when you realize those babies are alive because you cared enough to take care of them!
