Monty [3]

Adele says: Monty is a rescue kitten and is approximately 13 weeks old. He's a medium-haired silver tabby with gorgeous brown eyes. He's a very affectionate boy and loves lots of cuddles but he also likes a bit of rough and tumble. He's already spoilt rotten and has me wrapped around his little paw!

Monty has a "big brother" back in the UK named Moses. I couldn't bring Moses with me when I moved to Australia so he now lives with my old neighbors and he emails me frequently. I miss him terribly. He knows that he has a little brother and although he’s not chuffed about it he understands I need a bit of cuddly fur in my life. Monty is very similar in character to Moses -- both cheeky but affectionate boys who have an ‘M’ on their foreheads, hence their names beginning with 'M.'

Monty is so much fun and I love him to bits. It’s amazing what a difference they make to your life…. Although he did wake me up at 4.30am wanting to play!

Monty certainly is a beautiful kitten! Even though I know this is an old post it bothers me that you couldn't keep your Moses. Does Australia not allow animals from other countries or is the quarantine time too lengthy or the price too high I wonder. I definitely understand your need for a furry friend and Monty is precious I just wish you could have had your Moses too. Many happy, healthy years to all of you.
