A Tale of Six Kittens Pt. 5: Blueberry Muffin

Michelle says: Blueberry Muffin was one of two girls in our foster litter. Like her brothers Rusty and Peep, Blueberry was all set to be adopted when her adopter backed out. But the parents of the family that was adopting Rusty and Peep heard about how Blueberry would be the last kitten to get adopted and they didn't want her to be alone, so they surprised their kids by adopting all three! It was pretty cool. They even printed out the photos of all three of them and had the pictures on the mantel when we delivered them -- like they were a part of their family already. We invited the family over a year later and their kids had fun playing with the foster kittens we had at the time.

This story just warms my heart, I am so glad Blueberry was able to be with her family. I think it is so important if possible to keep them together, It is heart breaking when they each go to new parents.. That is such a wonderful family who took them all. This picture just shows how much they love each other and how glad they are to be together. Guess I'm just a softie. There all so adorable..and what an adorable face Blueberry has. To Cute

For the last time, I'm not basement kitty!

What an adorable kitty. The litter I fostered (it was a feral who grew to trust me) had a kitten who looked just like this. He was a quiet kitty.

It was so nice they went together.
