Michelle says: We foster so many kittens, but there are just some we cannot ever forget. My husband and I loved this little guy. He was found abandoned and brought to our rescue at about three to four days old. One of the foster homes started to feed him, but it's a lot of work and helps if you have experience and a flexible schedule to feed them every few hours when they're that young; so my husband and I took him in. She had already started calling him Murray, but that seemed like such an "old man name" for this little tiny guy. As he got older, he refused!!!! to stop bottle feeding. I swear, he must have been the oldest bottle baby ever. He would scream and holler and refuse to learn to eat on his own. He cracked us up. We tried to get pretty tough with him, leaving him to get hungry so he would want to eat on his own, but we were terrible pushovers -- look how cute his is! Finally, he decided to eat on his own! Yay! His nicknames: Moo Moo, Moo Man, Mooey, Moo Bear. I was taking a photography class at the time we fostered him, so he was in some of my test shots and class shots. We still miss little Moo Man, but he was adopted with another kitten to a wonderful home and is very, very spoiled, just as he should be!
