Dmitry says: Ash and Cinder belong to my professor, Katherine, who asked my wife and me to "cat-sit" for a week and we gladly agreed because we love animals. Katherine and her husband adopted Ash and Cinder from
Chemung County (NY) SPCA for their daughter's fifth birthday, but the kittens belong to the whole family. Ash is the lighter one and has more distinctive stripes, while Cinder is the darker one and her stripes are better blended. From the beginning, Ash and Cinder were outgoing, loving, and energetic. Our week with them was a lot of fun. We noticed that they really like being around people, since they always preferred to be in the same room with us. When we were working they would try to help by walking over the keyboard or using us as springboards to get to the kitchen counter. At night they would try to wake us up by nibbling on our fingers and playing with the covers. Ash and Cinder were always on the move and absolutely adorable when playing with us, with each other, or even when simply sleeping. Today Ash and Cinder continue to live happily with their loving family.
