Lisa says: Meet Leo. He adopted us about a month ago. He wandered out of the garden outside the front door, in Hollywood, Florida, and made himself right at home. He’s very friendly and not the least bit afraid of our other cat and three dogs. His favorite time of day is mealtime; he thinks all the bowls are his personal buffet. I can't believe no one came looking for him! He is the sweetest, softest guy, loves to cuddle, and has a purr like an outboard motor.

there's something about ginger ones that are so much friendlier - mine is ginger too and he just decided one day to come a live with me - Leo is so majestic and he's got such beautiful eyes - i would catnap him if he were in my neighbourhood.......he's really a good contortionist........love all the pictures, thanks for sharing them with us - may he bring you loads of happiness and live long!!!

Oh, I love a good "cat finds home" story, especially when kitty shows up at your house and make himself comfortable.

I imagine Leo looked at several houses on your street and thought to himself, "That one. That house needs a cat." And then he marched right up to the front door and waited for you to open it.

So it was not Publisher's Clearinghouse Prize Patrol that came knocking... but you did win!

Yea! What a great story. Our cat "found" our home, too. Then she had to find her way into my "I hate housecats" husband. It took just a couple of days. We've had her for 7 years now.

I'm sure you've taken him to the vet by now... How old was he when these pictures were taken? When I tried to submit my kitten, she was rejected because she was too old (8-9 months). So I'm just wondering what their cutoff age is... (If anyone is interested, click on my name to go to Chocolate's profile and read her story, since TDK won't feature it...)
