selenis says: A litter of five kittens was abandoned on a garbage can just after being born, and luckily got rescued by someone that went to take the garbage out. One of the five was already dead and another one died that night. Such young kittens require a lot of time and special caring, so a friend of mine took the remaining three the day after and did the job a mother cat would do -- fed them every two hours, kept them warm, helped them with the litter box, etc. Despite all that, one died after two weeks, the little tiger named Pam. At only two weeks old, she was this sweet purring little furball, just adorable! The two tuxedo kitties, Bombom and Bolacha, made it and are now happy and healthy and are one year old already :) Despite being really hard for my friend, it was really special to see them grow. I was lucky to visit often and help feeding and petting a lot. Bombom is with my friend that took care of them.
