Alyssa says: I always adopted one kitten at a time growing up, but since we got Sage and Ginger I will always adopt in pairs in the future. When we went to pick them out from their litter of four, we knew right away that they were the ones. Sage was so brave and outgoing, and Ginger was such a beauty and so sweet. I can't possibly capture their cuteness in words. We are endlessly amused by their antics, and the sound of two purring kittens curled up on my lap is one of the sweetest sounds I have ever heard. They chase each other around the apartment, play adorable games, lead each other on climbing expeditions, and cuddle up with each other to nap. At first, Ginger followed Sage around and acted like the little sister. After she was no longer afraid of us, she took on the roll of big sister. She likes to instigate little kitten wars, and cleans her brother while he's napping. Having two kittens is so rewarding, and I don't think we will ever stop saying, "Awww..."
2 are always better than one. People say cats are unsociable but those of us who have more than one or who have watched ferals outside know better! They are social creatures. They're just not dogs or humans! LOVE these 2 - so adorable!
I adopted a brother and sister at the the same time and it was the best decision I could have made - for me and them! They get kitty fellowship 24/7, plus I get double the wet nose kisses and head butts...and purring kitties beside or on me...good for you! Cute, cute, babies!!!!! :-)
These two are adorable little bundles of cuteness! I totally agree about adopting pairs of kittens. I did it once, adopting a brother & sister, who were so loving and inseparable!
I imagine this is what they look like after a kitten war... all tuckered out and lovey again! And the video cracked me up. Loved the falling on the ground and the "I meant to do that" look at the camera XD
I have a brother and sister from the same litter, Shelby and Misty. They were so adorable (and naughty!) as kittens. Sage and Ginger are just gorgeous. I loved all the photos!
