Bella and Chewbacca's Kittens: Orange Kitty

Corey says: Bella was my family's cat and we got her a few years before I left home. When I was getting ready to move out, I told my mom I wanted to take Bella with me. She agreed, and adopted Chewbacca to keep her company. But by the time I left, Bella and Chewbacca were in love so I took them both. Not long after, Chewbacca got Bella pregnant. Bella had the babies at my house while my mom and I stayed up all night waiting for her. She gave birth to four kittens, but sadly one didn't make it. We had no one to watch them during the first 24 hours, so I ended up leaving work every few hours to check on them. Terrifying! Both Chewbacca and Bella are now fixed, so this was their one and only litter.

Orange Kitty was the first kitten born. He came out HUGE! He's the healthiest, strongest kitten I have ever come across. He has his dad’s personality and his mom’s pretty features. When this kitty was little, he’d always bully everyone away from the food because he was so big. It didn’t matter if he had a perfectly good nipple in front of him, he’d still fight everyone off. I think he was Bella’s favorite as she was always extremely protective of him. In his new home he loves to hear his own voice and is very playful -- he loves to knock things over, jump insane distances, run at the speed of light, and drink out of the faucet. He loves to stare at people's faces and lick their hair, all traits from his dad. He also loves getting his belly rubbed and generally just loves to cuddle. This cat is pretty much a mirror of his father. My friend who adopted him hasn't yet given him a name.
