Jasper

Seedbleyah says: This is Jasper. A colleague's cat became pregnant after escaping the house and gave birth to 3 white males and 1 grey calico female. (Mamma Cat will not be having any more litters). Unfortunately, the runt male did not make it. While I was initially interested in the female, thinking this would be a good companion to my older cat, Jace, I fell in love with this little guy. He had just woke up before I arrived and was sitting back watching all the action around him. But when you approached him, he did not exhibit any signs of being fearful. Instead, he had that laid back "whatever" attitude that I fell in love with. Well... that quickly changed when he stepped out of the carrier. What a bundle of energy! Jasper loves to play catch. He has a flannel bean bag that he carries around with him, which he literally drops on me when I'm sleeping, as if to say "Time to get up! Let's Play!" Jasper also loves water. He scared me the first time I found him in the shower with me! I have to watch when I brush my teeth as he jumps into the sink at the most unfortunate times. He purrs all the time, and has a quirky little squeak when he purrs. When Jasper is tuckered out, he will hop onto my lap, curl up and fall asleep... purr/squeaking regularly.
