Luna & Sarie

aliseayah says: Update October 12, 2018; Luna has crossed the rainbow bridge. :( Luna and Sarie are both Ragdoll sisters/cousins - they share a father, have different mothers but their moms also happen to be sisters! They were also born on the same day, which wasn't planned but I guess the moms felt they needed to bring more kittens into the world on the same day! They were lucky enough to be raised and pampered by both moms. When we went to pick up Luna (blue point Ragdoll), little Sarila (seal point Ragdoll) was the only kitten not sold and she could not stop looking at us with those gorgeous blue eyes. Eventually we gave in and ended up with two gorgeous Ragdolls instead of just one! They have been inseparable ever since - they celebrated their 6th birthday a few months ago.

Twas' very hard picking a photo from these most photogenic and luscious girls. Though they are different in coloration, its apparent they are related. So nice the two were able to stay together. They are the ultimate in kitten "eye candy."

Thanks for the wonderful comments! They have indeed known each other their whole lives, born on the same day and the day we went to pick them up, out of 13 kittens these two were sleeping together on a chair :) It was also interesting watching their colours come in as Ragdolls are born completely white!

They are so beautiful as babies and as adults!!! I am so glad they could be adopted together, kitties do so much better in pairs. I have a Snoeshoe kitty who also did not develop colors for a while.
