Butler & Scrimp

sydney0130 says: We adopted Scrimpy & Butler from a shelter in New Jersey. We only expected to go home with one kitten but felt bad leaving one behind as they had never been seperated. There is not a day that goes by that we regret our decision. They of course are the best cats anyone could ask for. Scrimp was an extremely playful kitten and the "alpha cat" of our home. Sadly, our little baby had some heart problems... a stage 4 murmur...which my fiance, myself and our vet tried to keep an eye on. At one and a half years old he passed away but he was the most amazing companion we could have asked for, for both ourselves and his brother.

I think it great when you can adopt siblings. I so
sorry about to hear about Scrimp, he looks like a wonderful kitty and I'm sure you all miss him.

I'm sorry to hear about scrimpy but you gave him a home and I bet he was a happy little feller. They are beautiful cats. I have two black and whites myself, Skunk (appropriately named) and his littler sister, Shaydee. We went to the shelter with the intent on getting two, and of course, lost control of the house immediately. We've never regretted that either. Both are so different, personality wise. But we love them, and they have allowed us to stay living with them!
