Nu [3]

Sappymoosetree says: Nu came after the passing of my 18-year-old childhood cat. I didn't think I wanted a new cat, but when my friend told me her mom was watching after a kitten who lost some of her toes and the tip of her tail after being stuck in a car engine that had been driving for four hours, I said I would at least look at a picture of her. It just took one picture before I needed to meet her and then eventually claim her as mine. I can only describe things in terms of life before Nu and life after Nu. I didn't realize a cat could have sooooo much personality and act like a tiny controlling teenager. She won't take no for an answer, has to have it her way or no way, and needs to personally inspect everything by touching her nose to every object in the house four times a day. It didn't take long for us to realize how she ended up stuck in the car. Nothing breakable is safe in this house. (That or her mom couldn't stand her anymore and stuck her in there, heh!) Regardless, she is insane but we love her for that.
