Miyuki [4]

ybuzko says: I was always a dog person. I didn’t like cats because they were so self-contained and rarely showed any affection. But when I moved to London and into my own flat, it was a bit lonely on my own, and so with some persuasion from friends, I decided to get a cat because a dog required too much attention. The breed I liked most was Ragdoll, so after some searching I found a young breeder in Wales who had kittens for sale. Originally I opted for a sealpoint girl, but when I came for a viewing, there was this tiny furry bundle with creamy stripes, “like salmon” I had said. He played with my fingers, climbed up my tights and all in all managed to win my heart within about three seconds. That’s how I got Miyuki. Ever since then, there hasn't been a day I haven’t smiled because of him. He became my best friend, and my life became much brighter and happier. He loves to talk and tries to fetch mail. He follows me everywhere, flops whenever he knows he is in trouble, and licks my tears off when I cry. He’s been with me for a year and a half and I took millions of photos of him during this time.
