Shenanigans [4]

Scotti says: My mom had promised my dad (who is in Iraq) that we would not get any new animals while he was away. We were only a month away from him coming home when we saw Shenanigans on one of my friend's Facebook pages. My friend's family wouldn't let her keep the kitten, so she needed a new home. We called at 8:00 in the morning, waking my friend up in the process, and arranged to pick the kitten up at a nearby Wal-Mart. We named her Shenanigans because it's my dad's favorite word, but it also matches her personality! She is always trying to steal food off our plates and attacking the older, grumpier cats. After two weeks, she's still trying to make herself look cute to win over the older kitties. Luckily, my dad wasn't mad at all, like my mom suspected he would be. Instead he said, "That's a really cute kitten!" He is really looking forward to meeting her when he gets home and has already deemed her as "his kitten."
