Sputnik [6]

Jill says: Agatha, Sputnik's mother, was a stray brought to the Fredericton SPCA by a kind woman who had been feeding her. She previously had a litter of kittens that had frozen to death. Agatha was not a happy kitty when we took her home. We could barely get near her but as the days progressed she allowed some chin rubs and pets as long as there were treats or a bit of tuna on offer. Two weeks after we brought her here, she had two healthy kittens.

Sputnik is a little torti and white girl with tons of personality and some extra toes to boot. She loves chasing kitty toys and wrestling with her brother. We also found out today that she loves kitty treats! Friends of ours have expressed interest in adopting Sputnik, so hopefully she will joining them in Halifax, Nova Scotia, in a few weeks.
