Della says: Meet Jondelcoon Poseidon's Blue Bayou, a blue classic tabby Maine Coon kitten from Jondelcoon Maine Coon Cats in Ontario, Canada. Baby Blue is a the singleton kitten of his mom Shakira who is taking excellent care of him. He is 17 to 20 days old in these pictures. He's fat and sassy and already has everyone wrapped around his little paw. I'm keeping him.

Why do people "hang" kitten so awkwardly, to show off the bellies?

There has got to be a morecomfortable way, for the kitten and viewer) to show kitten bellies.

This is not the proper way to hold a cat or kitten. Poor thing. You need to support bottom legs and don't ever hold under his throat especially without holding his legs. I know you mean well, but this could hurt your kitten.
