Right away we could tell the difference in personalities. Orbit (the white one) snuggled under the covers with us the first night she was home, while Pogo (the dark one) was a bit more aloof but still quite affectionate. Orbit quickly learned that her favorite place in the world is anywhere on people -- laps, shoulders, heads -- anywhere. She likes to hop on my back and go for rides around the house, as well as jump in boxes and get pushed around like she's in a race car. The only way I can describe her is a cat/dog/human hybrid. She has none of the cat attitude and loves to play catch, hide and seek, and chase. She also likes to be held whenever I'm working around the house. And if I don't pick her up, she climbs up me super fast to land on my shoulder and nerf my head. She's AMAZING. She's also a great spooner and cuddles with us every night.
Pogo is much more a stereotypical cat. She likes her space but loves attention when she's ready to demand it. And when she demands it, she gets her crazy loud purr going. She sounds like a big block Chevy! Pogo also loves to steal our leafy greens. She loves them! Kale, lettuce, spinach, celery ends, and broccoli leaves are all devoured if she gets near them. Orbit, on the other hand, loves fruit, especially melon, bananas, tomatoes and strawberries. She also loves peas, beans and corn.
We are completely smitten with our amazing wonder cats. We love them more than anything else in the world and wouldn't know what to do without them.
