Jenny73 says: Goldie was a stray at 1 yr old. She was pregnant, starving to death, and had respiratory problems. We nursed her to health, literally by hand with a baby bottle, and now she's as healthy as an ox at age 4 1/2. She loves to play with Teddy and Peanut, she's our miracle kitty!

Goldie does have gold streaks. What happened to her babies? Did they come through and go to another home? Anyway, thanks for the care you gave this lovely cat.

The first litter had 6 kittens, but Goldie was so sick that they were all still-born. The second litter that came right after (before we kept her inside full-time) came with 6 kitties, 2 were still-born and 4 have loving homes with my sister, mother, and my priest.

Actually, Peanut is ALL fur!! She's only 8 lbs. but that picture makes her look fat. She is a little itty bitty thing, a bit boney. Her fur is super fluffy though. :)
