Purrkins says:
Early June my pet lizard, Grubitsch, had passed away and she meant the world to me. I was pretty depressed and wasn't ready to get another lizard yet. A few weeks later I was in my office listening to the radio and there was a lady from our local Humane Society who was talking about the shelter. She mentioned how they had too many kittens and encouraged people to bring the family by and look at them. I had been telling my parents I wanted another kitten for a few months. Someone to play with my 1 year old cat, Mojo, while I was away. So after some talking with the family I brought my Sister and Dad down to the shelter "just to look". After a while we saw Randy playing with his brothers inside one of the meet-and-greet rooms. There were 6 male kittens total but the second I saw Randy I was hooked. He had the usual tuxedo look but with a white tip on the end of his tail! We went inside the room and the second we sat down all the kittens climbed on our laps or played with our shoestrings. Randy was the first to say hello by sitting on my lap and rolling over and pawing at me. I played with him and his brothers for a little while but I knew from the second I saw him that he was the one! We adopted him July 3rd just as the shelter was closing and ever since then he was been with me where ever I go! He is the best little kitten I could ever ask for and I know he was the perfect choice. :)
