amyjo7786 says: Jack is the most special kitty in the whole wide world. I was working at the Humane Society in the summer of 2008 when I cleaned his cage and fell instantly in love with him. He was 3 years old at the time and he quickly became a member of my family! :) He has neurological deficits so he has a crooked way of walking (thus named after Captain Jack Sparrow!), and he has some trouble eating but with special care and attention he is thriving and happy! He is THE BIGGEST lover ever and his all-time favorite activity is cuddling up with anyone who will hold him and laying there for as long as possible :) I love Jack so much and I cannot imagine my life without him.

A lovely and beloved companion! Adopting an older cat with some problems is a win-win situation! And may I say that I just love the name Jack for a cat. It seems to fit.

Jack is a fabulous Bengal Boy, and I have a soft spot for them. We lost our 16 & 1/2 year-old Bengal, T.J., to a brain tumor in March of 2010. Seeing Jack reminds me so much of T.J. before the tumor took over completely. His motor skills were impaired, but his spirit wasn't. Thank you for this gift of seeing Jack all young, happy and with his loving forever momcat! How I envy you. :-) Please give Jack some ear scratches and head bonks for me. xoxoxo
