Shuba

cpneale says: This is our baby kitten Shuba. She is part Siamese (which you probably figured out :) with a very unique personality! My boyfriend and I rescued her from the pound. Three other people tried to adopt her while I was filling out the paper work! We originally got her as a friend for our other cat Saben, he's 3 years old. We must have done something right because they are the best of friends now :) Not only is Shuba beautiful on the outside but boy is she every on the inside as well! She is just soooo sweet and loving and has been the best addition to our little family. She loves to "help" momma with the house work and getting ready in the morning. She also tends to think that any food you have should be shared with her :) She just loves to be around people and is always hanging with us when we are home. Most of the time she is quite affectionate, but she will definitely let you know if she is not feeling like being loved on! She is not as vocal as I've read most Siamese are but she does vocalize when she is upset. Everyday when I get home from work I pick each of them up and hug and kiss them for a couple minutes. Saben will just let me hold him forever (unless hes very hungry) and Shuba has figured out that letting me hold her and kiss her for a minute when I get home makes me very happy, but after a few seconds she will vocally let me know its time to be put down :) I do wish she was more of a lap kitty cause shes just so darn cute but she gives plenty of love to everyone, especially her big brother! Cats are just the best! They make life so much better :)
