Pluiz [redux]

Peter says: We wanted to keep one of Bailey's kittens and we found the three red males to be the prettiest. But since Bailey was our red "replacement" for our departed and much loved red cat Simba, the choice was NOT to go for a red male. So then we went for one of the females, and my wife found Pluiz to be the prettiest. Pluiz (pronounced like "Louise" with a P in front) or, in full, Pluiz de La Ruiz, is more of a "mama" type who used to let her sisters try to get milk from her even though she hadn't any. Mama Bailey lost interest in breastfeeding and our Pluiz took over that job :) Isn't that just sweeeeeeeeeet! It was a funny sight I can tell you. We love our girl Pluiz.

Agreed, the amber blurs (?) look nice with the black and gray tabby stripes. The amber doesn't seem to have developed in the kitten pix, but certainly shows up in joint pix with orange Bailey.

It's all in the look. Such presence in this little one. Pluiz is a little darling. I don't think red catties are more beautiful than others, even though i have one. Also, why do I need to sign in to Django Administration to see the photos of the other cats? WHAT IS THIS?

Love her little orange markings and the partially orange paw. My Jacy has the same coloring - brown tabby with orange "flames" throughout. I'll bet Pluiz is SPUNKY, too!

Pluiz de la Ruiz is a very subtle calico/tortie - or what my grandmother called a money cat. She and her mom are perfect. She is so fuzzy and wonderful. Love to you all

I took a fall the day before Hurricane Sandy, broke 6 front teeth and one on the bottom. Gushing blood, rode the ambulance to the ER where my teeth were wired, still in pain and my looks are not improved. I still don't find that line funny and wonder why everyone insists on a person's getting up in the first place.
