Jaime says: When this foster litter came to me, the little girl Prada was a nutcase, to be honest. I found myself frustrated with her in the first few weeks because she was an incredibly aggressive kitten, especially when it came to food. I started them on bottles but quickly realized it couldn't happen with her because she would growl and spit and claw at both the bottle and my hands. Once I started feeding them by saucer with their milk, she would do the same routine to her siblings. I eventually had to separate her to feed her. She got over that within a few weeks and was fine once they moved onto free-feeding on dry food. However, she never outgrew the biting. She was SUCH a biter! I'd be sitting there playing with the rest and all of a sudden I'd feel a giant chomp down on my toe, or my heel, or my finger. She had a sweet side, but for some reason, it seemed like her instinctive need to be aggressive was especially strong in her. I'm hoping she calmed down for her new owners! They sure got a cute little handful! ;)

Little Prada, what a personality she developed so young! I've had biting kitties before, one just learns to know when it's coming and avoid it(?) or she could change. ;)

It was all because of the bath...

Cute little nutcase! One of our cats bites my husband but not me - no idea why! She is totally gorgeous though.

Oh, she is just *not* *sure* that any of this is a good idea. I had a stalker kitty once and he never completely calmed down, but it became manageable and he was precious. The current baby is a nibbler, but only to get your attention to come play--no teeth. Let's hope once Prada gets off the catwalk, she'll settle into a loving home.

I have a biter who calmed down after he turned 17 (he is 27 now)- and I just pet him on the head and brush the rest of him. Biters often have lots of character and are great cats!

Oh she's so pretty but you can see the fright and sadness in her young eyes. She may calm down as she feels more secure in a forever home.

This is all just hilarious--the back story on Prada the Biter, and the comments! I really love her, but could I live with her? If I knew of a cat trainer, I would send on my Pixel who so far is just a nipper and a leg clinger, and minds me not at all!

I love the "caught in the act" look on Prada's face. I have an aggressive cat like her who was hand-reared. She is mostly sweet, but does occassionally still bite. I hope Prada finds a loving home that will tolerate her "wilder" side.

Prada is a very pretty little kitten. I do hope her aggressive tendencies calm down in her new home. Maybe lots of loving will eventually do the trick!

We had a kitty, Sparky, who loved to bite when I was a kid. He was a real snuggler and would sleep with my brothers. In the middle of the night, he wanted to play and he would chomp down on their toes rigth through the blanket and draw blood.

Wow, in the comments above, a 27 year old cat that was a biter until age 17?! Maybe that means Prada will live extra long ;)

Miss Prada is a real classic beauty here. Such a lovely face and those eyes! Biting is a way of getting your attention sometimes, maybe she was feeling left out.
Thanks for the photos.

Adorable ^..^ Prada seems like a cute little explorer not a nut-case. My kitten Lilly nibbles when she wants attention or when she's getting hugged she gets way over the top happy and has to to nibble. I don't care, but when it gets to be too much I look her in the eyes and wag my finger in front of her like "like, "stop, this is the end of playtime." and wait until her tail relaxes from being mad (which isn't that long) and resume petting. :)
