Shayna says: Washington and his sister Emily, natives of the streets of Queens, NY, were rescued with their feral mom when they were between four and five weeks old. I set them all up in a crate and mom nursed them until they were eating solid food. She was spayed and released back into her colony and the kittens stayed with me. Emily has already found her forever home (and been renamed Didi Dynamite), and Washington is waiting to find his. He's a little over six weeks old now and is growing fast!

Fantastic job on spaying the feral mom responsiblly and returning her to her colony! TNR is the only humane way of controlling feral population and this is a perfect example. Win/Win. Fabulous photos of very beautiful kittens! Thanks for making my day.
