Michelle says: Tucker was a baby kitten found alone on the side of the road. Fearing the kitten would not survive the elements and with no sign of a mommy cat anywhere (it's very possible the kitten was dumped there by the owners of the mom cat), Stephanie took her in. Like most folks, Stephanie wasn't totally sure how to care for such a little kitten, so she turned to the Internet looking for information. She also posted on Craigslist looking for advice and/or help. Kind of a long story, but someone put us in touch with each other and that's actually how Stephanie and I became friends, and she's now one of my closest friends. To care for Tucker before she was weaned and potty trained, Stephanie would drop her off with me before she went to work and then pick her up on her way home -- I was kitten day care. You might be wondering about a girl named Tucker. Well, that's because I thought Tucker was a boy and that's what Stephanie used when naming her kitten and the name stuck even after we all learned he was in fact a she. Hey, it's kind of tough to tell on some kittens! =) Since Stephanie and I are friends, I get to see Tucker all the time.
