Squeaker

docsquid says: Squeaker is now 13. She was a kitten born to a farm cat. I took her in because my neighbour was the farmer's sister, and they needed a home. She has spend the last 13 years of her life being a real scaredy-cat - she won't go near anybody she doesn't know well. But with us she is a real tart, and loves lying on her back with her feet in the air. She also talks a lot, hence the name. She used to be a good mouser, but in recent years she has slowed down a bit, and instead takes a toy mouse outside through the cat flap, then brings it back in again, announcing her catch to us and expecting praise. She acts like a princess, and often behaves as if nothing is good enough for her, but she is always the first to come and sit on you and fuss when you are unwell. We love her to bits.
