Leonardo [5]

Marianne says: Leonardo is Georgia’s brother. Their story is the same of course… stray mother cat, probably abandoned by her former owner, taken in by a kind young couple who allowed her to have these gorgeous kittens. Leonardo and his siblings were taken in by Helen Sanders CatPAWS and they are currently in foster care as they are still too young to be adopted out.

Leonardo is quite the comedian. He is much more vocal than his sister, which is why I am able to catch him in so many pictures with his mouth open or twisted or his tongue out. The only times that I am able to take pictures of our kittens is usually when they are at Petco with us, so I apologize that the pictures I share tend to be still shots. When I have more time I plan on going to the various foster homes and taking the time to sit with my camera and catch our kittens at play. Those types of pictures are the fun kind. But for now these are the ones that I take.

This is a great litter. They are all so loving and playful and thankfully, they have been very healthy. By the way, Georgia is named after Georgia O’Keeffe and Leonardo is named after Leonardo Da Vinci. The other two siblings are Andy (Warhol) and Vincent (Van Gogh). I am hoping to get some pictures of them this week.
